Steps for Marking Withdrawn Books

1. On the outside of the book
a. Cross out call number on spine label
b. Cross out school name on bar code label

2. On the Inside of the book
a. Cross out Holy Apostles library name (usually located on the first couple of pages) - just a quick X through the name is fine
b. Check the last couple pages of the back of the book, in the older books the Holy Apostles Library name is also stamped in the book - put an X through the name here too.
c. Using the rubber stamp that says WITHDRAWN or DISCARD - stamp near where the Holy Apostles name is crossed out.
